Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. We do not save a separate copy of those searches on our servers. A message sent to us contains only what you choose to provide, and we use it to answer you.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting service records ordinary log details, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. Aggregated logs help us maintain the site and learn which resources are useful. Cookies or related tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use Data
We process the data above to run the service, diagnose faults, count visits, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Los Angeles County and California offices, Whittier history collections, and outside search services. Information submitted on another service is controlled by that service's policy. The same rule applies to sponsored search results supplied by an outside company.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the technical data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your California Data Rights
California law may provide rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a covered business. The Delete Act also establishes data-broker deletion duties under Civil Code section 1798.99.86(c), with the DROP mechanism applying on its statutory schedule. Because we retain little data, a request usually involves checking our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by Whittier, Los Angeles County, California, or a court are outside our control, so any correction or removal request for those records must go to the custodian.
